TUNING QUESTION
Can a 06 Fuel Injected dyna with a big sucker air filter and performance slip ons be tuned by a dyno man without the use of a Power Commander, Race tuner or DFO. Can the motor be tuned by changing the baffle sizes of the pipes? Is this possible?

Maybe, but only if you have Supertrap style mufflers they're the only exhaust system that I've heard of with enough adjustability to tune anything.Just because it may be possible doesn't mean it's ideal you would get allot more adjustability and a much better running bike with a PC3 or SERT.

In theory yes. What it would require is someone who can get into the Harley code deep enough to reflash it.Similar to the downloads that Harley used to offer. BUT the cost involved in this and the fact that it would insane involved itmakes it unpractical what the industry has done is a secondary product like a SERT or Power commander or any one of a dozen or so more isreplace the stock brain and by doing thatthe stock limiters and replace it with a whole new set of controls which aren't locked down and are easily reprogramable.
