My first HD was a Fatbob, put 17k miles on it and traded for an Ultra. The Fatbob is a great bike to have, very nimble and can handle two up with ease. I put a set of SE255 cams in mine with a heavy breather and black big radius pipes. Oh I don't even want to add up the $$$ for the other goodies she had. Stay alert out there the cagers are hunting for us. Mike
Congrats on an Awesome bike! Welcome to the addiction!
A lot of great posts, I would just add to take it slow. If you feel uneasy it is probably for good reason. Road time will take care of all of it. I have been riding bikes for some time and my favorite ride is some back road where there is no traffic running about 45 - 50 with my feet up. It just doesn't get much better than that....
I found i learned a lot when i first went riding with 4 buddies. just watchin what they were doin showed me alot of pointers and technique. Have fun. Cant beat that free feeling
