I have small butane soldering iron that has come in handy a time or 2. It also has a nozel attachment so it becomes a mini blow torch if you ever need some heat. Packs up in 2.5 x 6 inch box, so takes up almost no space.
Couple of those cyalume break 'em in half lightsticks, mini air pump, small bottle of bourbon and a decent cigar in case you have to wait for a tow.
Not sure about the lightsticks and air pump, but I keep some Romeo Y Julieta (Cedro Deluxe No. 2) in my Fork Bag. Good call on the bourbon. I'll have to put one of my flasks in there as well.

Out here, we also carry an emergency throttle repair kit and the belt repair kit (although it rarely works). And tire plugs. Check your spoke rim, it may be tubeless, my 2008 FXDC spoked wheels are tubeless.
