Default I have no idea what this part is called...help!
I have used this forum many times but this is my first post with a question. I am hoping someone can help me...
Attached is a picture of a Dyna Fatbob that I saw with some kind of fairing down at the bottom of the frame near the pegs. Can anyone tell me what it is / does? I think it adds a nice look to an otherwise boring area of the bike.

I've got one on my 05 L/R, been there for 6 years, no problems with operation of fwd. controls.
