Iam considering to get 16" Apes on my 06 Wide Glide. Iam 5'8 will this be comfortable?

I think you could always pull them back towards you if they werent comfortable. Go for it!

 

Dont forget to consider your seat height. With the badlander seat 14's were good, Corbin hollywood Solo droped me 2" in sadle height, put my hands 3" above Shoulders and uncomfortable on longer rides.. Loved the seat so I went to 12.5 I'm 5'10" 31 inseam if this helps Trotter
