Questions About Dyno Tune
THANKS!
Also, as recommendaed above by 'gman', I asked if I would get a copy of the map they put in the ECM. The guy didn't know what I was talking about. So I can speak more knowledgeably next time, what form does this copy come in? A floppy? A CD? Again, clueless...

for further manipulation, reference, and/or corrections.
By yourself or others.
My grandpa taught me many years ago,
when I told him I was considering marriage for the first time.
I was about 12-13 years old.
Ya forkin her right?? he asked.
Well uh uh kinda.
He said - Well ya don't buy a cat in a bag do ya??
uhhnh No, I wanna see what's in the bag.
Well there ya go.
And then he added -
remember this son, They all look the same under the arms.
anyway -
SERT is a very good tool. Be sure your tuner knows what the fork he/she is doing.
And, ya wanna know what's in the bag.
Firstexpression of confusion on their end,
or a reluctance to allow you to look in the bag,
and I myownself would take a step back and regroup.
That's what I did when I was twelve,
I regrouped and looked into a few more bags.

Just checked with the dealer I mentioned above to confirm the price of a Dyno tune and the guy is telling me $395 for JUST the run and tune (I will provide the SERT, which I plan to purchase elsewhere). That seems a bit much. What have the rest of you guyz been paying for that?
