the part number was 17-0450.

Is the Deuce rear wheel straight bolt on?

yes and no.
if you use the old painted deuce wheel, you need to have the centre bored out to 33mm to accommodate the larger diameter spacer used in the wheel fitting kit. if you look up harleys own instruction leaflet, J04057, it will tell you what kit you need for your particular bike.

if its a newer chrome wheel, its a straight bolt on job, with the appropriate wheel fitting kit for your bike. i used the wide glides rear disk and pulley, all lines up. no need for spacers on the rear disc etc.

no more rusty/wobbly spokes.

pm me if you need more info.

Thanks! I am told the newer Deuce wheel is straight bolt on. When you say newer, like 06 up? Good looking wheel, always wanted one!

all i know is that if the wheel is a chrome one from the factory, it has allready been drilled large enough to bolt into late model dynas with 25mm bearings. not sure of the exact year they swapped over.

Thanks! I've had trouble trying to figure out which part # would work on my '12 96". Looks like your bike is an '11? If so, the same part # should apply to my bike as well.
