05 Dyna Superglide:
speedo light stays on after turning off key and removing key.
also, brake lights still work, and horn relay clicks when horn
button is pressed.
With the ignition being under the seat, could the switch be
worn by reaching down to turn it on and off etc.
thanks in advance,
Tim
If it is like mine it is easy to end up in park when you remove the key.
Happened to me a couple of times and then realized what I was doing wrong.
They are close so it is rather easy to end up in park instead.
I really do not like where the switch is.
I have the same bike, same issue. I remove the key and the dash lights will stay on, but my horn and tail lights do not function. I killed my battery the other day, which sucked.
