Does anyone run exotic chopper Fuellies or know someone who does , just wanna hear some pros and cons , and opinions on them , and opinions on how they sound
I heard and saw them on a custom TC chopper a few weeks ago at bike night loud as hell. They look great, but have to rob performance unless you're running a big build.

Thanks , I really like they way they look , and not to excited about them robbing performance tho , do you know any other brand that has that look , but doesn't rob power ?
They look bad ***. I bet they are loud as hell. My guess would be they would be on the same lines as short shots as far as power loss though.
I agree they are bad *** , if it wasn't for loss of power , they would already be installed , I think best looking pipe for my bike and style HANDS DOWN !
V&H sideshots.... 'kinda' close.... If you're handy with some tools you could always make your own too. Those fuelies are sweet tho but yes, way too loud and not the best power. I actually looked into em way back when I was picking exhaust.

Hey thanks for the input , now I have to decide whether looks are worth the power loss , probably not !
Exactly. Just depends on where you want to take your bike. I started doing looks mods and soon ended up with more performance and function mods. Sometimes you win both, others you have to sacrifice.

Me too.
OP,
Just my opinion, but those kind of pipes look more appropriate on bikes that have a lot of custom tweaks. (opinions are like demo tapes; nobody wants to hear them.) but, at the same time, the V&H, T-Header, D&D, Bassani, etc., can be seen on dozens of bikes at any bike night. It's a tough call.
The noise should be your bigger concern. Extremely loud pipes directly under your right ear can get very annoying on longer rides.
Performance loss will exist, but doesn't make a lot of difference to most riders.
