I use a Garmin.

It is mounted on a suction cup mount I attach to the speedometer glass. I don't need the speedometer with the GPS, accurate speed is on the GPS.

I ran an accessory port from the battery and attached it under the seat on the left side.

I program every fuel stop as waypoints in long runs. I don't know what the maximum number of waypoints is, but I've never maxed it out.

It has worked for me for thousands of miles and can be stripped off in less than a minute.

I never would have trusted the suction cup mount. Good to know! I always use ram mounts, too. Very handy and high quality.

iPhone navigation with some kind of a waterproof mount mounted on the handlebars. It has a zippered case with a clear front . It has different foam pads for different thicknesses of GPSs or Phones. That way I have my phone and Navigation in one unit.

iPhone with the Lifeproof case and their handlebar mount work great for me. I use a SAE to USB adapter to charge it on the bars and a Uclear Bluetooth in my helmet. Works flawlessly.
