its right around a grand with two new rotors. well worth it though, one of the best mods I made.

two things I learned:

caliper assembly from HD comes with pads

the dual disc banjo bolt at Master Cyl is different (Smaller) from the single disc banjo even though the MC bore is larger (Make sure you get a 10mm banjo upper line (Magnum Shield is a godsend for line shopping) The 5 pack banjos below will fit the dual disc master cyl and calipers

Here was my parts order:

OIL SEAL,FORK (PACK OF 2) - 46514-01A 46514-01A 1 Pack of 2 $12.00 $12.00
DUST SEAL,FORK - 46512-01A 46512-01A 2 $6.23 $12.46
OIL LOCK PIECE - 46609-06 46609-06 2 $2.78 $5.56
BOLT, UPPER CALIPER MTG. (PACK OF 2) - 44163-00 44163-00 1 Pack of 2 $3.25 $3.25
BOLT, LOWER CALIPER MTG. (PACK OF 2) - 44160-00 44160-00 1 Pack of 2 $3.25 $3.25
BOLT, BANJO (PACK OF 5) - 41747-82A 41747-82A 1 Pack of 5 $16.00 $16.00
GASKET - 41731-01 41731-01 6 $0.77 $4.62
SLIDER,RH,FRT FORK,BLACK 45500271 1 $249.95 $249.95
MSTR CYL ASY,FRT,DUAL,BLACK,DOT 4 - 45170-08D 45170-08D 1 $96.00 $96.00
BRAKE CALIPER ASY,RH-FRT,BLACK - 41300002 41300002 1 $158.00 $158.00
Classic Black Floating Brake Rotors-46777-09A 46777-09A 1 $116.00 $116.00
Classic Black Floating Brake Rotors-46778-09A 46778-09A 2 $116.00 $232.00

Magnum Shield upper line was $60 (PN 1741-1677, for 14" WC MX-TBars) and lower was $110 (PN 1741-1864). If you want to replace both fork lowers that will add $250. I hate you for making me add this up.

I appreciate it. This will be the next mod I do and I plan on installing progressive springs at the same time. Guess I better save some pennies

I'm about to do the dual disc too on my 07 FXDB using the 14 FXDL right lower (Brand new). I would like to find the caliper and rotor used even the master cyl. and brake line if possible. My question is; witch right side caliper could I use (witch other model would fit)? Is there a difference between the rotor/caliper of a 07 and the 08+ models, I'm kinda lost with the 11.5'' and 11.8'' thing ?

thanks for the help guys.

Alright guys, I've been wanting to do this conversion for a long time, luckily I was able to pick up 2014 FXDL wheels, rotors and fork lowers, they were taken off before the bike was delivered. I was told about this deal short notice, so I didn't have time to do research to see what I need and if these parts will work. First things first, I have a 2012 FXDC non ABS, these parts are from a 2014 FXDL ABS model. From what I can tell from the wheels there is no ABS "sensors" on the wheels or the rotors. So has anyone swapped spokes for the FXDL mags, and what problems have you encountered?

I think you'll just need the right size spacer since the ABS module acts as a spacer, of sorts, too.

That's what I was thinking to, unfortunately when I go to Ronnie's HD to look at the micro fiche they aren't listing any Dynas for 2015. Does anyone else use a micro fiche other then Ronnie's?
