I've posted several threads lately about stuff I've been doing. Here's a good pic from the rear to show the turn signals sucked in and I relocated the HD laydown license plate that was on my fender using a metal bracket from Home Depot. For the lights, 2 bolts and two spacers (length depends on how far out ya want them). I used a 1/4 spacer for this. Star washer on each side of the spacer, and a lock washer inside the fender. Lights and hardware sprayed with Rustoleum bed liner aerosol. For the plate, take a 90 degree steel bracket from the hardware section, about 1 1/2 inch in length each way, drill your holes, slightly bend it, drill another larger hole for the bolt that holds your belt guard on, add a lock washer, mount it. Total for both of these was around $18. Enjoy!
Good work! I want to give you a heads-up, there is a lot of vibration at swing arm. I have lost my plate 2 yrs ago, moved it back to fender no choice. Ride your bike and look down there, you will see what I am talking about. Good luck!
Yeah I have noticed that - it jumps around some. That is why I added the lock washer and tightened the heck out of it, and I check it after I ride and hasnt moved yet. I just dont want it up on my nice clean fender now! Any suggestions as to where I could mount it? Do those swingarm mounts that use the axle nut stay? Seems like those wouldnt go anywhere given that the nut has a cotter pin in it...

I have one of those axle mounts for a year or so and I haven't had any problems with it. So far so good.
It's not the bolts that came loose, the swing arm belt guard mount broke off. It might be better if you mount it on axle. Some ppl have problem with Road6 and some don't. I like clean fender too

Dang you mean part of your actual swingarm, or the mount on the tag bracket you had on there? Ahhh shoot. Now I dont know what to do - mount to shock with a thicker piece of steel, or order something mentioned above......
