Default SE Plug wire ??

I ordered a set of SE plug wires for my 07 LowRider and they are in to be picked up. I think I read here something about plug wires that are not stock making the bike throw a code. Is this so? Hope I didn't waste my money. Any of you guys have any input.
Thanks Clap

They say that "some" aftermarket plug wires can throw codes. SE are made to be upgrades to the stock wires.

I also have an 07 LR. Replaced my wires last year with the SE wires. No problems at all. Bike ran fine and no codes where thrown.

I only ever read here that one guy had problems, but he had some kit where he had to splice the wire into the socket himself, so yeah no kidding murphy's law right!!! Wires for the intended pourpose of igniting fuel even in the rain should always be company pressed and factory sealed. I wouldn't touch anything else.
