Thanks for the help on this. I ordered the plain jane bags from Dons Cycle wear, bought some leather studs on Ebay, took them to the leather shop at the Amish village and had them modify the bags to blend in with the rest of the bike.

Did you need any supports with the plain jane bags? Also I see 4 strings where do they all mount on bike?

You don't need anything for them but I put a couple of zip ties from the front grommets around the shocks on the lower band.
