ok so I got the engine apart this weekend, both piston had some blowby but the rear was worse......I probably didn't set the orientations of the rings right...FML
anyways gonna order new rings and start cleaning up everything and try to do this right the second time around..
Those Woods 6-6 are pretty small for a 106" with headwork. I would for sure up the ante in the cam selection. The .027" Cometics will help with the compression and allow for better cams too. Not sure where you want your cams to excel but Woods 555, Andrews 54, Genesis 577 all come to mind.
Are you still running a stock throttle body(46mm)? There are a couple of places that can modify your stock tb and really help you on the higher rpms - Dan Vance Racing, maybe?

Damn dude feel your pain. Looking forward to see how everything turns out and how the HP will be much higher next time you hit the dyno. It will work out just fine.
Did you check/set the ring gap in the first place? That is very important imao.
