Progress on my winter mods.

The trees installed with stock SB legs, SB head lamp, SB wheel spacers and new Fat Bob/Wide Glide 25mm axle.

21"x3.25" wheel with a Wide Glide hub (completely built and purchased from a forum member) with new rubber and powder via the team at The Powder Pro.

New trees, wheel w/ new brake disk installed without the fender (fender was getting rivets drilled out and plug welded)

New Softail Deluxe style front fender (eBay buy) installed using brackets made by and purchased from Klockwerks.

New front fender and new rear (Klockwerks 180 kit) fender (purchased from them also at a great discount, bartering still works some places), the rear has the notch cut out for bag support crossover bracket. Also had multiple holes filled in on the rear fender because it was originally made for an older touring model to upgrade to a 180 tire.

The front fender brackets, you can see the I had to machine it down at both the shock mount and add some fender re-leaf to make them work.

Got the bags back on, with some minor spacing adjustments, the rear right bag stuck out about a 1/4" more then the left, I relocated the hole on the crossover bracket.

Now the fender and bags are more inline with each other, this fender has a 2" stretch over stock length, a 6" over was made but none were in stock. Now I just need to modify the filler panels to flow between the bags and fender.

I also got a great deal on two new (barely used) seat, the Mustang was a steal on eBay and the couch was a from the local dealership. Both seats together were cheaper the just one of them new.

Now to save up for a good paint job.
