With the closed end cap it was no louder than the stock muffler. I tried out the LA Choppers adjustable end cap but that was not much better. After installing the SuperTrapp 4" open end cap it was right where I wanted it. Not overly loud at idle and cruising conditions but a nice bark when you are on the go juice.
One thing to keep in mind is, at least on my Nightstick, that one of the six socket head bolts that hold the disks in place has a "security" tamper proof head on it. You will need a set of the appropriate torx bits. I also bought a new set of bolts as well to get rid of the one tamper proof bolt. All of these items are inexpensive on Amazon. It is also important to apply anti-seize to the threads on the bolts when re-installing them and don't over torque them as that will cause the disks to close up.

Got a nice 50 mile ride in today and it looks like I will be riding to work again this upcoming week.
Still waiting to see who gets to demo a 2016 LR first.

Can someone please tell me what size are the stock handlebars on the 14 lowrider, is it 1" or 1 1/2" as i am looking to install some risers so i can also put my 3" tank lift on? Thanks my lowriding brethren!
