Cool. Are you going anything with respect to the forks?
Don"t think its necessary. I'm 250 lbs, its not horrible when I'm on it, but two up, with the roads I'm forced to ride on, oh man. It hurts, need to get some time off from work so I can see if I made the right choice on these. I know you like the pics, so don't worry I will post them, HOPEFULLY soon!!

I am 190 lbs and find the forks fine but I would not mind a little more in the rear shocks. Rear shocks are the only thing I might upgrade in 2016.
Feileod and I were at it again. We installed 12" West Coast Mx T-bars, chrome cables, street bob headlight bucket and block and performance machine grips.

That looks smooth as all get out! the tall Ts and quarter fairing is where I'm heading towards with my 16.
Did you get the air filter sock included with your LR purchase? I didn't get one with mine and was curious because the manual mentions to use it when raining. The '16 filter is much more open than the previous years.
The install went super smooth, no real issues. Couple of notes for those wanting to do this in the future.
First, get 1stdynalow's list of parts, he had everything needed...period, we didn't have to run out for anything other than lunch.
Second, the stock cables are no where long enough for the 12s, we mocked them up just to see...I would say long enough for 8 inch T bars/MX bars but, nothing taller.
Last, this is a "full day job" bleeding brakes, clutch cable swap, it adds up quick. We started at 11 and where done by 6, including a lunch run.

Did you get the air filter sock included with your LR purchase? Yes, this came with the purchase.

Yes on the 16 high output it comes with the stage 1 filter. Which is great because it works well with my Bassani exhaust system.
If you are buying the same bars from West Coast, check to see if a dealer has them in stock. It could be a few months until your order from west coast comes in. Let me know if you want the parts list, with part numbers and prices.

Thanks for the info. I'll contact my dealer on the sock.
I'm a few months from doing the bar/fairing setup, but I will PM you once I get around to it.

Good to hear from you. I see you are in GA where you can still do some riding. When did you get your LR? What do you got for plans for it?

Good to hear from you. I see you are in GA where you can still do some riding. When did you get your LR? What do you got for plans for it?
I rode to work this morning and it might be at my limit. It was 23 degrees and after my 20 minute ride my hands were useless. but, as you said there are still days where its completely comfortable to ride during the winter here.
I got my LR a little over a week ago. I'm loving it so far. It is 100% stock except that I have removed the reflectors. I originally wanted a Street Bob because I liked the blacked out look, but the chrome is starting to grow on me. My first priority is to get rid of that ugly license plate bracket that comes stock.
After that I'm torn in which direction to go. I love the thugged out look with the Tbars and quarter fairings, but I also like the Z bar look as well. I haven seen any LR with Z bars yet, so it may be an option to do something a little different.
Engine mods will be my last to update as I find the power fine for my daily riding.
