Looking good; but I hope that side stand didn't fold before you got to the bike.
Actually that jiffy stand is in the correct position. Yes, it does look slightly rearward, and it is. By design. The rational is this~ IF the spring should break/come off or whatever, the jiffy stand will come down, put it won't go "past vertical" in it's fall. This way, a rider may drag the trailing jiffy stand but it won't go all the way to the locking lug or past vertical as that would cause a crash, likely. The phenom is called "pogo-ing" and you don't want to do it on your motorcycle. Most of us as kids found this out early on with our bicycles.
Third straight ride over 100 miles for the last three weekends in a row. Very close to 25K mark. Will need new tires at 28K. Any LR owners north of 25K?
Would like to hear from any new LR owners. There have got to be some of this forum who have bought their LRs this year.

I just hit the 1 year mark with my 14. I put 7,500 on it, and just hit 17K. I'm still on the honeymoon as they say. If it would just stop raining!
Making up for lost time. Another 100 miles today. As soon as I finish a ride all I care about is the next one.
Would like to say I'm riding more, but I actually took the Corvette out Sunday with a friend who has a Porsche Carrera S4...hitting those mountain curves at speed was some kind of thrill! I know I was faster than I could have possibly gone on a Harley...best of both worlds...
Only 5 days left before I leave for bike week! the low rider is awaiting heavy breather install tomorrow and final detailing before I leave. I'm running out of time with my work schedule to get everything done. Thankfully I had time to change all fluids last week as well as wash it. Got some waxing and wheel polishing to do tomorrow.

Sounds like a blast!

My Low Rider has to share my available time with the two Camaros I have. Love both Camaros but I really like riding my LR.

Damn! I have been away too long, brother! You are stackin' the miles on, that's awesome.
