Not looking good for riding any time soon for me. I was thinking about that Wednesday and realized my bike was low on gas and I know its not good to sit for weeks with low gas in the tank so I went out about 10pm and 35 degrees to fill the bike up and rode for about 20 minutes to get it up to temp, people looking at me like I'm crazy lol.

Happy New Year to you too, brother.

Hopefully, we'll be able to enjoy more miles this year than last!

Every blessing on the road ahead.

The start button on my Low Rider has been finicky at times lately. I just installed this quick low-cost backup:

Hope it takes care of the problem. I like hearing about all the little different issues we all have had with our LRs.

It seems for the most part these bikes have been fairly reliable. I had a ton of ignition switch issues that plagued mine a couple years ago but once I switched to the keyless start and eliminated that pesky switch, all has been well. Otherwise most repairs have been very minor and fixed myself at home. I did send the bike to my indy to have the front rocker box gasket replaced for a small seep but that also was inexpensive and not worth my effort to replace myself. Going on 7 years with my LR and still in love.

On a side note dry and mid 50s the next 2 days and I'm off so I should get some shorter rides in finally.

Same here. Will be 6 years for me in a few months. No plans to get anything else anytime soon. LR does everything I need a motorcycle to do.

Almost 4 years on my 2nd LR and I also have the Bagger, so I have the best of both worlds!
