did you ever install that boarzilla on your bike? an how did it work out for you. sound wise compared to the thunderheader ? which one are you keeping on your bike.
Haven't gotten around to that yet. I have a v-rod thunderheader (2" twisted primaries and larger muffler) I'll be using for parts to build a custom thunderheader. I have tubing to make it stepped 1-3/4 to 1-7/8 to 2" and I had a collector made by burns stainless. I only picked up the boarzilla to compare my current and custom pipe against a known good off the shelf pipe. Either way the boarzilla will not be staying on the bike. It's too long, low, heavy and ugly and just doesn't sound the same. I've been too busy riding and enjoying the bike and buying a house/shop to have time to concentrate on building the pipe. It's running pretty strong now but I'm sure I'll get bored mid season and work on the pipe. Are you interested in trying the boarzilla when I'm done with it?

will have to see what you come up with in the th mod. dont care for the sound of the fatcat hows the boarzilla sound compared to fatcat. did hear that new rush 2 into 1 and its sounds better than the D&D imho. waiting to see what fuelmoto comes up with that are remaking the white bros E series pipe for certain models. that exhaust from what I am told really turns out more hp/tq than any other 2 into 1 compared to it.
Threw the zilla on this morning and did a couple edits on the tune. Very disappointed with the sound, it's very quiet. I'm guessing this baffle is wrapped but I didn't have time to pull it out. Didn't bother making a video with the way it sounds right now. It's a hell of a sleeper for now. Could easily be passed off as an everyday big bore and cams, one would be sadly mistaken.
Here's how they stack up. Green thunderheader blue zilla. The thunderheader felt angrier at part throttle, zilla goes like hell over 4500. Went 148.8/133 std.
Looks like that Boarzilla has a distant advantage from 2700 - 3400 rpms too. Man it must be a bitch to put up with that 137hp and 128tq on those thunderheaders!

wow what a difference in the performance must really feel the difference at 4500 rpms gotta feel like you added some more cubes to her. or if the bike had nos and was just touched off. for the gain its its diffidently worth keeping the boarzilla on. but I personally know what the TH sounds like and its unique on a HOTROD setup. yours diffidently is a bike with attitude!!!!! with what ever exhaust you choose to run.
well all the guys that were interested in my motor parts cyl, heads cams throttle body I am listing them as a kit this morning in the parts sections of the forums for sale had several members inquire on these parts a while ago
can't remember all of you that asked. will be out till later today the compensator or a bearing is making alot of noise on my new ride taking it to the dealer to get it checked out.
