Does anyone want something like this to cover the battery box and hide the shock?
This is a kit for FLH style bags on a Dyna, but the bags are to far forward for my liking.
I'm interested in knowing if there is a want for this type cover.
Also if you do want something like this what bike would it be for specifically
This looks like a good idea. My only issue with this is that there are so many different way so many of us have mounted our full size touring bags to our Dyna's that it would be hard to mass produce these. Some people have their bags mounted so they don't require modifying the bag, which pushes the bag back past the rear fender. I modified my bags so they would stop just aft of my passengers legs while keeping the lines of the back of the bags inline with the rear fender flow.
If there were more mounting and bag options that were consistent in design with something like what Cycle Visions offers, a cover like the one pictured would be a great option. But, I don't see why this couldn't be designed and produced for the Switchback or other Dyna riders that convert to the Switchback hardware.

Kinda what I was thinking more for the FLD but I honestly didn't want to exclude all other DYNA's because it may spark something in companies like SUMAX and CycleVisions to make something to work with their bracket kits.
I considered doing something like this myself and still might. I'm also considering modifying another set of bags to include something like this, but I'm still in the 'what if' stage so far.

I'm putting feelers out to cycle visions etc to see if they're interested in making a set of side covers for their bag mounts. fingers crossed
now I just need a Bagger fender.
