2009 Lowrider
Hi guys, I'm a Sportster guy and spend most of my time hanging around the Sportster forum. I'm interested in purchasing a 2009 D Lowrider and need your opinion on it's worth. The bike is in excellent condition and has many extras listed below...
2009 Lowrider. hard saddlebags, removable windshield with two leather storage pouches, locking gas cap. 12" ape hangers with chrome switch housings, Stainless braided cables, forward controls with custom harley pegs, highway pegs, Mini beast high output horn, Reinhart shorty exhaust, custom harley spoke wheels with new tires, tires have less than 1500 miles, chrome master cylinder cover, chrome regulator cover, fog lights, Mustang solo seat, shorty passenger backrest with luggage rack. Bike has always been garage kept. Health issues force sale. included with sale the stock two up seat and the stock passenger footboards and bike cover, a harley low profile oil drain container.
Bike is real clean with 25,000 miles on odometer.
The asking price is $7500. Is that a fair price?

I bought an 07 LR 4 years ago with 3600 miles, a solo seat as well as the stock 2 up seat, service manual and cover. The bike had Vance and Hines BSS and a High Flow AC and Fuel Pack for $9600. Sounds to me like a pretty good deal with all of the accessories and work he put in. If she runs good and looks as good as you described I would jump on that in a heart beat.

My buddy knows the bike and says it's in excellent shape. I hope to see it this Wednesday. Are there any common or known issues with a 2009 Dyna that I should be aware of? I can take a Sporty apart and reassemble it blindfolded but have no experience with a Dyna. I read that there is a problem with the Primary tensioner that rears it's ugly head at around 20,000 miles. Should that be a concern?

GRAB IT! QUICK! PRICE IS GOOD. i HAVE A 09' LOWRIDER JUST ABOUT STOCK. LOVE IT! IF IT IS AS YOU DESCRIBE SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT BIKE. I DON'T THINK YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

I was looking at a basic 2009 Low Rider and they were asking almost $9,000 for it. Sounds like a really good price.
