new wheel install

I just installed some mags ln my street bob and they look nice. The rear wheel was installed with ease. I also got the front wheel on, but when reading the shop manual I couldn't understand what to do with the axle pinch bolts. Any help would be great as I don't want some catastrophic failure while booking down the road. Pictures to follow. Thanks Jorge

All I do is seat the axle in it's correct position, then tighten the allen bolts then the axle nut. I use a allen wrench to do mine to set the axle.
