Hello all! I am coming from my sportster over to a street bob. I am performance minded and had 13 inch shocks and a cartridge kit in my sporty. I enjoy twisties and wheelies. I have read several articles where people have had my same problem. I called progressive to get 13.5 inch shocks and they only make the most expensive model in 13.5 or the middle 444 or 440 at 13.0. I saw a couple people retro fit fxdx shocks but they are almost as much as new progressives. Any one retro fit 13.5 inch progressives on a street bob, I do want the heavy duty spring. I don't believe I can use the shock from a sportster because the rate is off correct?

I came from a 1200S so I think I know what you are looking for. Hagon can build you a pair of rear shocks to your spec. Adjustable valving and spring rates matched to your weight.
