It's the HD quick disconnect shield. Not sure of the part number, but it's the 19" version. (Could probably easily look it up.) It's pretty much like brand new. Don't see any marks or scratches on it at all.

Have some questions, it's hard to tell in the picture, is it clear with polished braces?
27" tall x 19" wide?
What is the size of the cut out for the headlights?
What year/make of bike did it come off of?
Clamps included?
Sorry for all the questions, need to know before I buy.

Yes, 27" tall x 19" wide.
It's 10" wide. Fits around the Fat Bob's double headlight.
I had it on a 2012 Fat Bob. I believe it fits 08 and up Fat Bobs.
Yes, quick disconnect clamps come with it.
