Here is the final break down of the parts list
S&S 110 kit
S&S push rods
S&S 585 cams
5.4 injectors CNC ported stock 103 heads done by S&S
AIM Clutch
V&H X Pipe with 4" Rineharts with the high flow baffles
114HP 121TQ

i have that same oddball dip between 2.0 and 2.75 on my s&s 110

Something doesn't seem right. Any explanation for the massive dip? That clutch SHOULD hold that power, no? Exhaust?

This is very normal when you opt for the high flow baffles.
If you want more low end performance the std baffle will help.
That said, if you are mainly concerned with above 4K rpm power the baffle you have is ok.

see it a lot on dynos with 585s... even the T111 rocks like that.

IME by replacing the high flow baffles with the standard baffles you will feel an improvement in overall performance without giving up any usable power... anywhere.
Watch and feel that dip shallow up.

Cam isn't helping. What is the compression? 10.25-10.5?
