Acc Switch light issue

It got the better of me thinking about it last night and earlier today, so I kept looking at the print and got a headache, but in the end I found to prevent from writing a whole paragraph with the sw off and the brake appiled the connector terminals had a polatity swap. I finally found I had the ground in the right place BUT ( and I'm sure this NEVER happens) HD had put the ground either to the wrong side of the bike plug or their wiring diagram is wrong. So I moved the wire on the bike side of the plug to where the diagram shows it and everything still works, just normally now...
