Default 2017 asks for Pin
2017 Electraglide. Ran fine since new. Now it won't recognize either FOB some of the time. Put a new battery in one of the fobs. Put them on the seat. Won't always see them, and asks for PIN.

Went to the dealer in Lewiston at almost quitting time today, and they are a bit befuddled. They put new batteries in the FOB. Sometimes it works, some times not.

Ideas?

Looks like it was Cell Phone interference. With the phone off, or more than 10 ft away, the screen lights up .... so far.

Interesting. I'd contact your dealer and keep them informed, also ask them for a solution.

It happened again today. Right in the middle of Death Valley.... My phone was off, but there was a brand new Indian parks beside. Interesting......

Did anyone check the security antenna and make sure it's connected properly?

We unplugged and blew it out at the Lewiston Dealer. When I get home I will get my guys to order a new antenna for it and see.
