I have no idea what these two wires for here. They're hanging just underneath the fuel petcock
also.. I know this is the electrical forum, but this is a plate that goes in front of the rear tire that covers some other wiring. I can't seem to locate that plate on any parts website... maybe because I have no idea what it's called.!!!

Not sure what we are supposed to be looking at in the first picture,but the other wires look like wires to your horn. Is there a horn on the bike currently? Push the horn button and check voltage at the connectors.
