Default Lighting Problems

I have a 08 FXDB that has a multitude of problems with the electrical. The brake light and turn signal lights stay lit. The turn signal indicators do not work on the dash. The high beam indicator is dimly lit on the dash but goes full bright once activated. I've peaked at the wiring harness and can see that it has been chopped and then put back together. I've checked the fuses, all good there. If this is a simple fix I'd be glad to work on it myself but if not would harley void the extended warranty if I called them in? Any help is greatly appreciated.

08 with an extended warranty?? That is one hell of a feat, one option is to replace the harness with a stock one that will cost about $600, and this is why I hate splicing factory harnesses.

My guess is that whoever cut into the harness did not do something correctly, and it is coming apart. Before you tear into that check the front and rear brake switches to make sure that they are good.
