Default U0001 Code

My '13 FLD starts and runs great. Everything works as far as electrics are concerned. However, I get a check engine light pretty frequently. It will come on and go off after several seconds. The only DTC is U001, CAN BUS fault. Any ideas? The only recent change was a new angled taillight lens that required me to switch to a LED bulb. Could this cause the problem?

Thanks.

You may have hit the nail right in the head, switch the bulb back and see what you get.

Thank's guys for the help. I followed the instructions to have the BCM "learn" the new LED bulb. I thought that had fixed it, but after about a 50 miles ride it started coming on again. I tried swapping the LED bulb for the original. Again, the light was off for a good long ride, and then started to come on again. I swapped back to the LED because the tail light lens was getting hot. This afternoon I "taught" the system about the LED being back in place. For good measure I went through all the other light functions. We'll see tomorrow AM. The CEL will come on for only a few seconds and then go out again. Always the same generic code. Very frustrating, but I think more of an annoyance than a serious problem. I hope anyways.

An Error popping up and vanishing again, is most of the time related to a bad connection or a pinched wire.
