Default Wire Plus Lighting Module

Hi there, first time post - I am resident in the UK, Scotland, I run a 67 Shovel but currently trying to put together a 2007 Softail with Exile components.

I have made a few mods on the wiring - Grip Ace & Thundermax - but now trying to install a Wire Plus 11921 module for the lighting. I need a wiring diagram.

I bought this a couple of years ago and did not get a wiring diagram with it, the wire colours do not correspond with the stock harness. I have found a diagram for an earlier WirePlus module, but nothing for the 11921.

I guess I could do it by trial and error, but if any of you guys have installed one on a 2007 or later softail would appreciate any info you have.

Steve

Thanks Guys. The HD info is better than I had. The problem I have is the 11921 module itself. There is no way to tie in a function to a wire color - the Bikernet page shows the hook up of an older version but they have changed the wire colors on the 11921 module (helpfully!)
I think Wire Plus may have ceased trading as I cannot contact them directly, will persevere for a bit longer but may have to bite the bullet and get another system, I see Badland produce something similar.
Thanks again, Steve

can you post the 11921 wire colors?
there are two looms. the 4 wire is for the rear.
i have a picture of the 11921 but cannot see all the colors.
blue is tail light for rear loom (this is jumped to the running)
violet is left turn
brown is right turn
red/yellow stripe is brake light
this company is defunct and webpage for sale and phone disconnected.
cannot see the other loom entirely
mr. larsfum is spot on for the rear.

Just looked the 11921 up. Slim pickings on info. Can't seem to find instructions. I am going to guess that the light side wires go,
Blue- Running lights
Brown- Right Directional
Red/ Yellow- Stop
Violet- Left Directional
That is the closest to Harley wiring.

The power side is a crap shoot. Black is probably a ground. The rest would be trial and error. Use the black as ground, and hook one wire up at a time. See what lights up. Might want to have some extra fuses available.

Hi there - the wires are in a group of four long and group of nine short.
I think I have the four bundle - blue - tail, brown/red - RH signal, purple/red LH signal, red/yellow - brake light
The nine are - black (earth), brown, white/blue, blue, orange/white, red/yellow, white/purple, white/brown, purple.
First color main/second color the stripe

Black = chassis ground

brown = front right turn

violet (some say purple) = front left turn

blue = power to headlights

orange/white = power to right bar brake/turn and left bar horn/turn
red/yellow = front brake light switch out (normally in common with rear switch)

white/violet = front left turn bar switch output

white/brown = front right turn bar switch output

white/blue:1. Connect to blue wire (power to lights) if running lights are needed for one wire hook up on rear turns2. Not connected (blanked off) if you do not want running lights through your turns.

This is for the front loom

you already have the rear loom info.

fantastic - thanks. Will get on to it in the morning - if testing goes OK the next challenge will be fitting all this in the battery box!

Thanks for your help. Steve

Hi, just to let you know it is all working now - I had to make a couple of small changes to disable the running lights.
Thanks.
Question - is the stock module redundant now or is it still required for starter relay function?
