I haven't found yet what the "i" button (the other half of the right turn signal button) on the right hand control does.
2018 FLHP Road King Police (but this button isn't specific to the police models). I haven't seen it in any of the books, manuals, or wiring diagrams. I also haven't found a change in any of the the harness wires with a voltmeter when this button is pressed.

I don't think it does anything on a road king. It only works with a boom system with a screen.
It is for the glides series bikes, they put the wrong switch module when they decommissioned your bike. They were supposed to replace the police switches with the RK switches.

This dealer doesn't remove the police switches. I found, and see above, that the i switch is for other bikes. I wonder if it was used/programmed for a police function. May never know, but I'm also trying to find out if the BCM can be manually programmed for different functions of extra switches. This would be a good garage door opener button.
Dealer does remove switches, I did so at the dealership last year, we are required to decommission police models prior to civilian sale. Part of the decommission is swapping the switch modules to civilian variants and replacing the red/blue passing lamps to clear, removing the passing lamps flasher and installing a passing lamp switch. The hardest part on a 2019 is that the HD tech support at the factory didn't document where to get power for the lamp switch.you do not have the red stick style switches below the turn signal.
