Smile 92 fxsts ignition wire

Hi all
I have manuals from Harley download page owners and wiring

Took shots of ignition before removal etc.
Issue is I do not know where this broke wire goes to.
Except down that hole..lol..I also cannot see where
it may have come from.

It was not broke when I started to redo ignition.
Somehow (my DA ) pulled it off somewhere. My bad.
So I’m asking where does it go…and also can I work
around the location / by pass the hole to reconnect if
needed?

In the picture red wires go to the post D on ignition.
On the left the red wire with the white arrow is the issue.
Here is a pic of the broke wire.

I moved it around a bit but it goes down that hole.
I also can not see where, even looking around and under the bike.
I do not think its goes around and back to the breakers pictured here
because the red wire is not long enough to reach all the way over there
by going through the hole.

here is some helpful info I think lol
Bike off A&F tan wire jumper powered
ACC Tan AF and EF are powered (two 15 amp breakers not powered
Click once from off position right
ABCDE&F are all powered (12.3v)
both breakers are powered.
brake lights do not work
(did work with old switch in before red wire broke)
Same for front turns…on but no blink rear turns are disconnected.

Headlight hi and low work along with headlight dash light
No other dash lights work including Neutral.
Speedometer light does work.
Click 2 right same as above.
No dash lights work any position
except for the headlight dash light.
all worked before the wire broke.
Also note the breakers are brand new just replaced.

Sorry for the ramble
thank you
BTW....
Look what i found while getting ready for new led's before all this.
I am rewiring the bike because I found this removing the harness for the
back for rear turns.….lol. surprised the bike ran all these years,.

Thank you for helping

I don`t get the problem here, you have the wiring diagram, just scrap all the old wires between the ignition switch and the circuit breakers, get some new wire of the proper gage and color, and rewire it.

First picture shows where the red wire is coming from. (out of the hole in the base plate)
The White arrow points to it.

Second pic shows it is broken and the other end is still connected to post D which is correct.
Question is:
Where did the broken red wire part come from under the plate panel?

Does it matter? You don`t really know if it was wired correctly before.

Don`t assume that old ratty wiring was correct, so don`t try to wire it like it was, wire it correctly.

It is old, butchered wire, just look at the wiring diagram and re wire.

Default 92 ignition

No issue with bike been riding for years.
Long story short, the red wire got broke or pulled whatever working on ignition.
It came out of this hole and I cant find where it was connected.
Not making assumptions, bike ran wire broke now I have an issue
I am trying to fix.

thank you for your reply
Rewire is in process

Smile 92 ignition

I apologize if I am coming off rude. I don't mean to....
I do appreciate everyone trying to help.
So, I have found where that red wire broke off and caused the issues.
Unfortunately, the wiring diagram does not tell you that the 3 ...15 amp breakers are mounted on the same strap.
The top breaker facing you has another one directly behind it.
Also you have the one below. So the two front breakers cover up the rear one.
If you have a '92 springer you might want to keep a note.
Thank you

If it's OEM anything coming off the ignition should go to a circuit breaker.
To late, I see you've found it.
