Comes with a USB charger cord you plug into a USB brick like you do your phone.

A dead battery really should be put on a maintenance charger and charged 24 hours and then checked. Yeah that is not going to happen if you or a friend is out in the middle of nowhere and your battery is not working. Who carries a maintenance charger with them while riding, the GB40 will work well in an emergency as you say.

Yeah, OP wanted to know if it would work on a motorcycle battery and he got his answer.

One PSA about the Noco jump packs if you carry one in it’s little cloth tote (provided with it, new), in your saddle bags or tour pak along with anything else (and you will)...

The power button and the light button are located on the face of the jump pack, and are somewhat easily depressed with the other accessories that come with the Noco in its little tote, when packing your bags or just moving stuff around in them. I was packing for a trip and pulled my jump pack out of its tote to check it only to discover the light switch had been depressed at some earlier point and the jump pack was completely discharged. Oopsies.

The solution. Cut a piece of corrugated cardboard about the size of the face of the jumper pack, place it over the face of the jumper pack, and wrap one piece of blue painters tape around the whole thing to keep the cardboard in place, and place the jump pack back in it’s tote. This prevents anything from inadvertently pressing the power button or the light button.

should not hurt electronics since the current is via the battery not the system
you can weld with a car battery since a dead short can reach 5000 amp, shoot a dead short AA battery can achieve 10 amps.
the issue is you need a combination of volts and amps and not right, will not work.
some jump packs you can go through the ciggy lighter which of course def has issues since you are using the system, theory is to build a voltage potential across the battery.
most dead batteries that cannot run the starter has enough amps left but the potential diff, aka, voltage is not there. the voltage is what kicks the starter off and the amperage is what keeps it going.
plus, the high discharge rate of the lithium batteries help keep the current flowing.
of note: a jump pack is not designed to charge batteries per say but it can definitely do so but remember the voltage potential across it, will what your are charging sustain it????

I have the Audew jump pack and it seems to work very well. I have used it on 2 bikes and 1 car.
I bought it after listening to the radio to long on my trike.
