Default Low beam, running light and EMC, Turn signal not working

So I had a little dump last year and scraped up a few things. I recently put in an aftermarket headlight, (It has an EMC lamp. I also replaced the bulbs with LED turn signals. Everything worked jus fine no issues. Even put on a couple of hundred miles.

Then I replaced the inner and outer fairing. Of course I did disconnect the battery ground first.

Put everything back together and ended up with the issue in the subject line (Low beam, running light and EMC, Right side front Turn signal not working0

Any thoughts?

No engine light. Going to see if it may have still sent a code.

Thoughts:

1. You have some connections that are not connected or not connected correctly or connected to the wrong connectors.
2. Get a wiring diagram and check to see what wires go to the lights.
3. Use a volt ohm meter (VOM) and check for voltage on those wires.
4. Check all your fuses, just because you disconnected battery ground does not mean they are all good. Use the VOM and check for voltage on each side of the fuses.
5. Check for pinched wires because the last thing you did was work on the fairing.
6. Learn and understand the CAN BUS wiring system.
7. Check to see if the bulbs are good and that the sockets are getting voltage.
8. Check your handlebar switches and connections, you can pinch wires there also.

NOTE:
The above information, while credible, is worth what you paid for it and should not be considered gospel.
Do due diligence, research and have a H-D Field Service Manual before working on your bike.
You will probably have many opinions and suggestions presented; make sure you research the person providing the helpful information as there are some who provide good information that is useful and some who speak out of other orifices with gibberish. You will figure out this quickly.

Good Luck!

Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

If I put the stock headlight back in still only the high beam comes on.

Also checked connections several times.

If they were working then it has nothing to do with the current problem.

There's your problem. Take the fairings back apart and look for what what you either forgot to plug back in, plugged in wrong, damaged, etc.

Like Dan I also have no idea what an EMC lamp is or what you mean by running light. Do you mean no running lights, plural?

I think it is called an ECM. Says that in the paperwork with the headlight kit. Normally It comes on all the time like the running lights and when you put the bike on accessary it stays lit just like to low light that comes on with a stock headlight.

The running lights, yes plural. The front turn signals runners that normally stay lit with the ECM. The rear running light work.

Now the right rear turn signal doesn't come on only the tail light/running light.

Also the Volt meter and fuel gauge not working.

ECM reset maybe? Ever heard of that?
I have checked all of the wires and seems like its getting worse.
