2003 Deuce fuel pump,fuse issue

Default 2003 Deuce fuel pump,fuse issue
I am taking bike to mechanic when people pick up finished bikes out of his shop.He gave me homework to check.Installed new battery,turns over but not sure fuel pump is working.I thought all fuses would be hot when ignition turns on.Apparently the fuel pump fuse is switched somehow?I started to pull out fuse box and check but reread info.i have softail service manual but not electrical manual.My question today is the hot for fuel pump goes thru the kill switch,then to fuse or relay or?Bike has set for a while.Going to try to check relays today,have switched them no worry,maybe both are bad.thanks for help!New member,looking at possible heat index of 100+ today yippee!

Okay winner winner brisket dinner!WAS THE RELAY,GOT FUEL PUMP GOING NOW NEED SPARK CHECK.
