Note that he said won't crank. Battery stuff mentioned in post three is where one starts to eliminate the basics.
If that was good, if I heard a relay click, I would check starter solenoid .
However, we don't even know if we are dealing with a Moped or a Harley with a BCM.
It's winter. Let's just play along. or
Poll is good. Both choices work. I checked.

Rest must be fine, it starts when cold.
Flat?? Does that mean no clicks or noise?
If your not able to check basic connections, start with starter.
Do you have a DC volt meter?
Is there 12.6 volts DC at the small wire on starter solenoid?

If a battery has enough capacity to start cold, I would think it would atleast click when hot. Could always put a jump pack on it, to rule out battery. I have seen jump packs unable to start batteries that were completely bad. But they did not start cold either.
Has the engine been modified?
Is the rest of the electrical on when you try to start hot?
How long have you owned the bike?
Could pull plugs, when hot and see if it turns over. Not sure how much you will learn from that though. If it doesn't I would think it is an electrical component heating up

I can see why no one likes you and you had to change your name.
I stand by what I said. If a battery starts an engine cold, I would think you would get some kind of reaction when hot. Clicking or something.
I ask that in 6 about a click. Just like you, there was not enough info and we poked the first poster for more. What's annoying is you want other users to pat you on the back for your answers or something I guess.
if that's what it takes, live with likes. If that's what it takes for you to like me, I couldn't care less. I was trying to help first poster with patience.
