This is on my 2015 ultra limited. The blinkers still work with the pack removed, but the right side has that light lit up all the time on the top. Is there something else I needed to do when riding without the tour pack?
After ruling out it not being a case of low blinker fluid.
Check all your splices and taps, it doesn't take much to light an LED.
More than likely it's the diode in the light itself that's grounding out requiring it be replaced.
