High Quality Electrical Tap Connector
Short Version: Looking for high quality electrical tap connector.
Do not want to manually splice, and do not want to use the cheapos available at the hardware store.
Went to the NAPA store and the guy behind the counter appeared to be a meth head high school dropout, was more interested in his phone and pointed me to a aisle "over there". Since I was looking for recommendations, he wasn't any help. Went to O'Reilly's and I think his crackhead buddy was behind the counter.
Looked on Amazon and found these:
I have no idea if they are any good. Not sure about the recommendations or evaluations on amazon as well.
Long version:
Picked up a Saddleman Seat Heater and have installed it in my seat and the results are awesome! Tried it out with a battery in the garage from the lawn mower and I am happy with the results. I want to hook it up to a switched hot wire to prevent draining the battery. Unfortunately, I cannot find any switched electrical access points, the 4 pin connector that Harley provided is being used by the parade fan which has a switch on the dash (2016 Street Glide Special). I have a electrical relay that I plan on using to manage the amperage. Found a switched hot wire that I can tap into and want to use a solderless connector but want to do a first class job.
What type of electrical T Tap connector can you recommend? Please state brand name and location where it is available in case I got to go back to the Meth head at the auto parts store to make sure I got a good purchase.
Thank you,
Crankster

There is no other way, get some butt splices some shrink tube and a pair of crimpers and do it correctly and save yourself the headaches down the road.
OP, one day, you will regret that scotch-lock type "connector" if you go with that method
4 wire plug has the following
1 on constant
1 on with ignition
1 on with aux switch
1 ground
The service manual has the wiring diagrams and shows where the unused connectors are (one inside the fairing, one underneath the left side cover).
Harley sells at least two harnesses that will do the job.

I want to thank you all for your recommendations. Went with the switch on the dash as recommended by Dan from South Carolina.
Not sure if you guys caught it but my aux port was already used by the parade fan which is not only switched by the ignition switch but manually switched from the dash. Hook into that and have to run the seat heater and parade fan at the same time and that does not make sense.
I will probably be back with a photo of the electrical connector asking what type of connector is this so I can find a suitable plug to complete the installation.
Again, thank you very much for setting me on the correct path, really did not want to tap into a hot wire and suspected that I could utilize all them places for switches on the dash while finding out what I need from the Harley Web Site and searching there is something out of the stone age.

Thank you and you guys have a great day!
