Default head light switch

My Head light plug fryed to a crisp, I was running a 90/100 H4 bulb. I marked it up as to hot of a bulb. Also my bright light dash light is showing high beam normal, but low beam light shows still a dim light on dash. Any bodys help is welcome. thanks

Replace the plug with a ceramic H4 plug, use a relay also and check all the wiring associated with the headlamp and the switch because a wire may have started to melt, etc. THIS thread may help your cause.
