Exclamation My Reckless Project

Gents and Ladies-
First post and hope to get some input. I own 2011 Fatboy picture below and I am chomping at the bit to install a fairing.

The parts list below is what I have complied of components that I believe will fit the bill, if you have other suggestions please feel free. What I am trying to hunt down is a wiring harness that I can attach to the bike and allow my to "plug and play" to the stereo and amp something like an umbilical cord so if I need to remove the fairing all I have to do is unplug it. I believe I have found a few but was 100% sure its what I needed.

Oh and what is a good way to give me a 12v source to run a GPS or charge a phone??

Parts--
Kuryakyn 853 Tune Trapper Hidden FM Antenna
Polk Audio DB691 6" x 9" 600W 3-way Car Speakers
Sony DSX-MS60/DSXMS60 Marine Radio Stereo Receiver iPod/USB/MP3 Player--will also have a splash guard.
ROCKFORD FOSGATE PUNCH PBR300X2 MINI AMP

So please if possible provide details on wiring harness that will work ..thanks and appreciate the assist.

Wow. I forgot I posted this here. I ended getting the fairing which I used for about 8 or so months and traded the bike in on a '14 street glide special. Also kept the fairing..painted it denim black and it's going on my wife fat boy lo

HD can you provide some insight into your original questions concerning the 12v power source and the quick disconnect wiring and how did you go about it?
Also what products did you use such as antenna etc?

I have an 01 Fatboy that I just picked up a Fairing for and I am researching on how to install onto my fatboy with plug n play easability.

Thanks
