Default Running light doesn't work

My right running light went out, The flashers still work so, I know it's getting power. There was a wire that was bad but I fixed it, I thought that would clear up the problem.

A related problem occurred the other night when the flashers went out but seem to be working again. Has anyone ever seen this before?

This is on a FXSTS btw, thanks for reading.

Have you checked with a new bulb?

Or just swap the running light bulbs from one side to the other.

That was the first thing I tried, swapping the left bulb for the right. I checked the filaments, no damage, no change. The right one is still out. It's aggravating, I chased the wires and everything seems to be intact.

have you used a test light or DMM to see if you're getting voltage on that prong that feeds the bulb in the socket when your running lights are on?
