Voltage Change for accessory
To all the electrical folks...
I am looking to power a "horn" that is normally powered by 9volt to be used on the bike (12 volt). Is there a way to do this and not fry the horn?
Also, this is on a 2014 Streetglide with the Canbus wiring. Does that cause additional problems?

Seriously, you can`t find a proper horn that works on 12 volts?
Cut into the wiring system on a brand new bike to install a transformer to run a 9 volt horn....
That would be a perfect way to give any dealership a legitimate reason to deny a warranty claim on any electrical issue.
