Glad you solve the problem. I miss read your OP and assumed that the 26 cams had 75K miles on them and the low compression was a new issue. Good catch by ridedaddy on the cam timing. Get that carb tuned and you are off and running.

The difference is amazing. The mid range is kicking the butt dyno hard now. It had 46 pilot and 185 main in it and it felt a little lean climbing up, so I put the 200 main back in it for now. Got rid of the lean feeling and I can tune it from there.

Work the needle; you can be spot on at WOT but lean at partial throttle which you don't want. Anyway you can get it on a dyno to check AFR at partial throttle? I am betting that the needle might need shimming a bit and with the needle shimmed, you might be able to drop back to a 190 main; 200 main sounds a bit fat for a Stage I TC88 with mouse cams. JMHO.
