I think that's about it $680 or so all in, but I intend to sell my bearing tool afterwards. In my case I'm also combining the cam swap with my 5k mile service so add in oil, filter, etc.
As someone else mentioned, there's a lot of "since I'm already doing it stuff". In many cases that would be the lifters to replace the stock ones. Whether you really need to... everyone has an opinion based on the quality of the OEM stuff. some cams will allow you to use stock pushrods but more work involved since tank and rockers need to come off. The savings on going that route are not as substantial though as some may think since you then need to replace gaskets up top as well. Still it is a savings, but in my case someone rightfully told me "what if you make a mistake or there's some problem and you need to go in again", similarly the shape of my cams are different enough from stock that even though I could get by with stock pushrods it was insinuated that I would be better off with adjustable ones. Likewise some people re-use some gaskets but I figured why bother.

Inspect and decide.
Adjustable Pushrods will save you time on labor, however replacement is optional for most cams (Camshafts with a different base circle can create the need for different length pushrods to compensate. Smaller than stock cam base circles are common in high lift cams).
