Default Odd Knock or Rattle when settling to idle

This has been driving me crazy for a few months now. Bike starts, idles, runs, revs, and rides fine, But... i.e. When idling if I give it a little blip when settling back down to idle there is this rattle that seems to come from/or out of the right/or rear Muffler/or cylinder. Why only the right side?(Hard to describe, may try a video) Imagine a wet dog shaking... They start at the head and shake through the body to the hips, That last little butt shake is similar to the bike coming down to idle. It only does it at that time and not before/after.I have pulled the baffles, Re-packed them, No good, Put the original baffles back in, No good, Put the new baffles back in Re-packed them again, Switched end caps, No good. Tightend/Torqued every nut and bolt possible, Removed heat shields, New clamps, Nope. Convinced myself it must be an exhaust leak I can't see feel or hear. So I got some new gaskets and clamps, Pulled the Header, (Gave it another coat of high temp black while at it) Re-installed everything, No leaks But rattle remains. So now I'm thinking maybe a Valve,? Cam-Chain tensioners/ Oil pump? Piston slap?aaargh...The bike is coming up on 30k miles, I just did oil change all 3 holes. Had primary cover off to inspect the Compensator it looks fine, It's the new SE comp/rotor, Also have Compensaver drip tray and PEEK thrust washer. Fluid was cleanest I ever seen, No debris on either magnet, (Drain plug/Drip tray) Chain tension right where I set it and locked the stock tensioner. I'm totally stumped at this point. Would like to see what Y'all think/suggest. I'm going to ride by my local H-Dealer just to have one of the guys listen to it and see what they say, Maybe a local Indi also.(My favorite one closed up shop,Dammit) I don't want to do more damage if it's internal, But like I said it's been at least a few months now since I noticed it.

Update; Service tech at H-Dealer says it's just deceleration, They all do that lol. Wife says put it back the way it was before it started to sound like shiat. I havn't changed anything that would make a differnce in over a year. Gonna try tuning it out, WTH nothing to lose. I'll just play with Decel enleanment, Closed throttle spark, Add fuel see what happens,

Did your muffler slide back and the bracket is now hitting (or very, very) close to the mount. It should be centered. Probably a low percentage chance but costs nothing and takes ten seconds to check.

Thanks for the only reply so far.Yes They do not move at all, I would have noticed that immeadiatly. I make sure they are lined up perfectly/within 1/16" and rotated so the turn-downs match. If one is just a little bit off I can tell from 50 feet away lol. Thats the hardest step when re-installig them. I've eliminated the mufflers as the source, Swapping out baffles and end caps re-packing etc.... even drilled an extra hole to secure the end caps. So I moved on to the heat shields, Removed and replaced clamps with heavy-duty marine grade all SS. Then took em off and rode it yesterday without them. They work cause damn it gets hot without em. Thats why I moved up to the gasket/flanges, Thought there must be a small leak. After re-installing new ones still there. Going to be busy today but I may try to figure out how to post a video clip. I guess I need to start a U-Tube account to link to... right? Anyways theres nothing else outside the heads/cylinders that I havn't Tightend torqued, beat on with a rubber hammer etc...I try to find/fix things myself before coming here and posting my long winded questions ( I can't describe anything in 250 words or less lol) Thanks again
