Default Plug change, possible problems??

Just swapped my plugs over since I noticed the one was bit rusty from sitting from the previous owner. Only have 5800 miles on it, but figured, plugs are $12, why not after an oil change.
These are the plugs I pulled out, and if Im reading it right, this means, there might be ring problems, as it looks like their oil fouled, and looks like there is oil around the screw threads. uh oh?
Hopefully Im wrong.

possible oil fouled? looks like oil / residue on bottom threads near top of plug.

I'd ride it some with the new plugs, then look at them. These almost look like someone started it up and didn't ride it much before you pulled them. The threads could have had oil or grease put on them, I know some folks would rather not use anti-seize and use motor oil or grease instead.

That's exactly what he said he did. He wrote it for like 600 miles and put it away. And I bought it this following spring.

I'd put some miles on it and then pull the plugs after a good ride, don't let it sit and idle much before pulling the plugs.

Fresh plugs. 200 miles ordinary riding. Cut it clean then pull plugs and read.
