Default New sporty problem!

I jus bought a brand new 2016 super low 1200t. I drove it home about 215 miles avoided all highways and followed engine break in procedure. Now about 10 miles from home it started to hesitate and stutter at 45-60 mph. I've put another 100+ miles on it since then all city driving and it runs great but the once it warms up it starts again! Only happens from 45-60 mph then smooths out. Please help I have no idea what to do!
